Carrot Jam

Carrot jam – a little unusual and unusual, even exotic, but very tasty. Try to cook at least a small jar of the experiment for the sake of it, you will surely like it. Good luck!

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 400 Grams
  • Sugar – 300 Grams
  • Water – 200 Grams
  • Lemon – 2-3 cloves

Directions

  1. Peel small sweet carrots and use whole. Wash.
  2. You can take large carrots and cut them into circles or curly.
  3. Boil syrup from water and sugar.
  4. Put the carrots in syrup and cook in boiling syrup for 5 minutes. Set aside for 8 hours. Better to start the process in the evening.
  5. In the morning, cook the carrots in boiling syrup for 5 minutes. Set aside for another 8 hours.
  6. Add lemon in the evening and boil the jam for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour hot into jars. Wrap it up so that it cools slowly.
