Ingredients
- 700 g potato (s)
- 1 bunch carrot (s) and 4 stalks carrot greens
- vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- oil

- Peel the vegetables and cut into 1 cm pieces.
- Sweat the carrots briefly in a little oil, as the cooking time is longer than that of the potatoes. Then add the potatoes and cover both with the vegetable stock. Cook the potatoes and carrots until soft.
- In the meantime, finely chop the carrot leaves and mix in when the vegetables are done. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and roughly mash with a potato masher.
