Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into roughly ½-inch thick slices. Fry the slices in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  2. Drain the liquid from the cans of asparagus and peas. If using canned mushrooms, drain those as well.
  3. In a bowl, mix the bearnaise sauce, hollandaise sauce, and cream together.
  4. In a baking dish, arrange the fried pork slices. Scatter the drained vegetables around and over the pork. Pour the mixed sauce over everything.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-45 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
  6. Serve with your choice of noodles, spaetzle, croquettes, or fries.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
