Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg apples, sour
  • 400 g suar
  • 200 g almond (s), whole
  • 200 g hazelnuts, whole
  • 200 g raisins
  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 pack gingerbread spice
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel and stone the apples and cut into small pieces, mix with the sugar and leave to stand overnight.
  2. The next day add the other ingredients, stir and divide between 2 loaf tins. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake at 180 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.
