Ingredients

  • 500 g flour, whole wheat flour
  • 180 g cane suar
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon clove (s), ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ allspice
  • 1 kg apples, grated
  • 80 g fi (s), dried, chopped into small pieces
  • 80 g prunes, finely chopped
  • 150 g raisins
  • 250 g nuts, chopped
  • 60 ml rum
  • 60 ml schnapps, fruit schnapps

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients in the food processor to form a dough. Fill into two greased loaf tins and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
