Ingredients
- 760 g apples
- 250 grams sugar
- 150 g almond (s), rouhly chopped
- 250 g sultanas
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 teaspoon clove (s), ground
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 cl schnapps, (Obstwasser)
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 500g flour

- Roughly grate the apples and let them steep with the sugar for 12 hours. Then knead the remaining ingredients.
- Grease 2 stollen molds well and fill in the batter. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Let rest for 4 - 5 days.
