Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 cup rice
- 500 g meat
- 1 corner (s) processed cheese
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper

- Clean the cauliflower and boil the florets in salted water for 20 minutes, then drain.
- At the same time cook the rice in salted water and drain.
- Grease a tall casserole dish. Spread the meat on the bottom with a fork, place the rice on top and spread the cauliflower florets on top of the rice.
- Melt the cheese in the cream, season the sauce with salt and pepper and pour over the cauliflower.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C fan oven.
