Cauliflower Pizza

Pizza on a cauliflower cake is a great alternative to the usual, everyone’s favorite dish. The pizza is juicy, tender and very appetizing. And the pluses are tangible – no fiddling with the dough and maximum benefit.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 500 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Tomatoes – 100 g
  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onion – 2-3 feathers
  • Fresh parsley – 3-4 sprigs

Directions

  1. We prepare products for making pizza with a cauliflower crust. You will need parchment paper and a clean cotton towel to cook.
  2. We wash the cauliflower, disassemble it into inflorescences and put it in a blender bowl.
  3. Grind the cabbage into gruel.
  4. We spread the chopped cabbage on a towel, collect it and squeeze the cabbage well from excess liquid.
  5. Put the squeezed cabbage in a bowl.
  6. We break the egg into it, add salt. And also rub half of the cheese directly into a bowl on a fine grater.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the dough into three parts and form a cake with a diameter of 10-12 cm from each direction on the baking sheet. Turn on the oven to heat it up to 180 degrees.
  9. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
  10. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  11. We also rub the remaining cheese on a fine grater.
  12. Grind the greens.
  13. Lubricate the cakes with tomato paste.
  14. We spread the sausage and tomatoes.
  15. Sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and herbs. We send to the oven for 20 minutes.
  16. Let the finished pizza cool slightly.
  17. The cauliflower pizza is ready.
