- 1 liter beef broth, (homemade or instant)
- 500 g cauliflower, (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup semolina, (soft wheat semolina)
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg (s)
- water

- Make beef broth as you like (for the good cook with fresh ingredients or just instantly).
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and shape into small dumplings. Pour this into the flowing broth.
- Whisk semolina with water and stir into the broth. Add cauliflower (if fresh, then clean and cut into small florets) and let everything cook for about 15 minutes.
- Whisk the egg and stir into the soup after 15 minutes. Switch off the stove.
- Finely chop the parsley (also available as frozen food), stir into the no longer boiling soup and serve hot.
