Energy bars are prepared on the basis of oatmeal, with the addition of raisins, seeds, and coconut flakes.
Ingredients
Butter – 90 g
Oatmeal flakes – 225 g
Walnuts (chopped) – 60 g
Raisins – 60 g
Pumpkin seeds (peeled) – 2 tbsp
Sunflower seeds (peeled) – 2 tbsp
Sesame – 2 tbsp
Coconut flakes – 2 tbsp
Honey – 90 g
Cane sugar – 100 g
Ground cinnamon – 0.75 teaspoon
Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. Grease a 28×18 cm deep baking sheet with butter.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, honey, and sugar, stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from the stove, add flakes, nuts, raisins, seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt into it, mix well.
Put the cereal mass in a prepared baking sheet in one layer, level. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the energy bar cake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow the cake to cool and then cut into rectangular bars. Grain Energy Bars can be served.
