Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup water (large coffee cup or coffee mug)
  • 1 teaspoon tea, black
  • 5 cardamom pods, green
  • some star anise including 3 flower corners
  • 0.25 stick ¼ cinnamon
  • 1 cardamom pod (s), black
  • 3 carnation (s)
  • some ginger, fresher
  • 1 cup / s milk (coffee mug size)
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop the cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom and approx. 3 flower corners of the anise in a mortar. Bring the water with the black tea and the spices to the boil. After about 10 minutes, fill the whole thing up with the milk, add ginger and sugar as you like, then bring to the boil again and then let stand for about 5 minutes. Pour into the cups and enjoy.
  2. The portions are designed for large coffee cups or coffee mugs.
