Chanterelles with Onions, Garlic and Parsley

How to cook delicious chanterelles? It turns out that this is not difficult and requires a minimum of effort. The wild mushroom platter with onions, garlic and parsley is a delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • Chanterelles – 1 kg
  • Onion (silver) – 50 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Butter – 45 g
  • Parsley – 12 g
  • Salt – 50 g

Directions

  1. To cook chanterelles with onions, garlic and parsley, we will prepare a set of products according to the recipe.
  2. Soak the mushrooms in cool water for about 25 minutes.
  3. We rinse again with running cold water – dry it by throwing it into a colander.
  4. We process the mushrooms: cut off a small part of the leg, cut the large chanterelles in half.
  5. We put all the processed mushrooms in cold water, bringing to a boil (no need to cover with a lid), remove the foam.
  6. After boiling, salt, reduce the heat, cook the forest mushrooms for about 10 minutes.
  7. We drain the water by throwing it into a colander.
  8. Shred the onions thinly, in a half ring.
  9. We melt the butter so that it “sizzles” – put the chopped onion.
  10. Fry onions over high temperature, spread mushrooms, reduce heat to medium.
  11. Stir the chanterelles with onions, leave for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add to the dish.
  12. Chop parsley finely without stalks.
  13. Finish cooking: pour greens into chanterelles with onions and mix.
  14. Just cook the chanterelles by seasoning with garlic and parsley.
  15. We put the chanterelles with onions in portioned containers and serve immediately.
