Salad with Quid, Shrimps and Parsley Sauce with Garlic

Delicious salad with squid and shrimps according to a new recipe. A successful combination of shrimp and squid with tomatoes and olives. Instead of mayonnaise, dress the salad with a well-balanced light sauce based on parsley and garlic. All ingredients are perfectly combined to create a unique light taste!

Ingredients
- Squids – 200 g
- Peeled shrimps – 150 g
- Lettuce leaves – 80-100 g
- Olives – 16 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes – 8-10 pcs.
* - For the sauce:
- Fresh parsley – 1 small bunch
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 4 tablespoons spoons
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Directions
- Let’s start by making the sauce so that it has time to brew. Grate the garlic.
- Chop the parsley finely.
- Add sugar to the parsley and grind with a knife into the gruel.
- Transfer the resulting gruel to a container, add garlic, vegetable oil, lemon juice, soy sauce. Mix well.
- Pre-boil squids and shrimps and cool completely. I boiled small squids for 1 minute in boiling water, large shrimps – 3 minutes. Cut the squids into rings. Large shrimp can be cut in half lengthwise.
- Cut the tomatoes in half or cut into quarters.
- The salad can be served on a large platter. Place a container with a small dia in the center, put lettuce leaves around.
- Put squid and shrimp on lettuce leaves.
- Arrange the tomatoes on top of the shrimp and squid salad.
- Then add the olives.
- Stir well the parsley sauce before serving, pour into the gravy boat.
- Pour the sauce over the squid and shrimp salad just before serving.
