Chebureki with Minced Beef

Let’s cook very tasty and juicy chebureki with minced beef. It is a pleasure to eat such a yummy treat. You can add grated cheese, fresh herbs, favorite spices to the filling, and you will get the most delicious chebureki.

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • Beef – 450 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Kefir – 80 ml
  • Salt – to taste
  • Spices – to taste

For the dough:

  • Flour – 450 g
  • Milk – 230 ml
  • Vodka – 75 g
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

How to cook chebureki with minced beef:

Directions

  1. Mix the cold milk with salt, add some flour (150 g), and then mix everything.
  2. Pour the vodka in batches and mix it with the dough.
  3. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Put the beef and onions through a meat grinder, add spices and salt to taste. Pour in the kefir and mix well.
  5. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer, fold it into three layers, and roll out again into a 1 cm thick layer. Roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick for the third time and roll it up into a tight roll.
  6. Divide the dough into 14-16 equal parts. Cover them with plastic wrap to keep the dough from drying out.
  7. Grease the work surface and the rolling pin with a drop of vegetable oil. Roll out the dough into a thin round sheet, put the filling on one half of the dough.
  8. Cover the filling with the second half and stick the edges together.
  9. Brown chebureki with minced beef on both sides in a frying pan. Serve the cooked chebureki with juicy minced beef hot.
