Cheese Roll with Minced Meat

I want to offer you a recipe for a very tasty cheese roll with minced meat. It can be served with tea or as a separate snack. It is delicious both cold and hot.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Hard cheese – 200 Grams
  • Minced meat – 500 grams
  • Eggs – 5 Pieces
  • Semolina – 3 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Mayonnaise – 150 Grams
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater
  2. Add 3 eggs, semolina and mayonnaise to the cheese. Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes to “swell” the semolina.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put the resulting mass there.
  4. We put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Now let’s prepare the filling for our roll. We mix two types of minced meat: beef and pork. Finely chop one large onion or two small onions. Add the onion to the minced meat, there are also two eggs. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. We take out the cheese cake from the oven. It should cool slightly so that you can easily separate it from the parchment. But it shouldn’t be cold at all, because when twisted, it will begin to break.
  6. Spread our filling evenly on top of the cake and gently roll it into a roll.
  7. We put in the oven. It is baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. But if you decide to replace the minced meat with something else, then look at the readiness of the minced meat.
