  • 700 g pitted cherries
  • 600 ml milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 240 g sugar
  • 260 g flour
  • 1 tbsp starch
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until smooth. Add flour in portions so that no lumps form. Pour in milk gradually. The dough should be liquid and smooth.
  2. Wash the cherries, dry them, remove the seeds. Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange the cherries in an even layer. Sprinkle with starch on top.
  3. Pour out the dough. Put the dessert in an oven preheated to 210 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes. After baking, allow to cool completely in the mold.
