Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 200 g cream cheese (e.. Philadelphia)
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 1 glass sour cherries
- 100 g flaked almonds
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter
- some cinnamon

- Mix the quark with the Philadelphia, sugar, vanilla sugar and a mug of sweet cream. Whip the second cup of sweet cream with whipped cream until the mixture is really stiff, then fold into the quark mixture.
- Drain the cherries well, if necessary lay them out on kitchen paper. Layer the cherries and the quark mixture alternately in a glass bowl or casserole dish. (Instead of the individual layers, the cherries can also be mixed with the curd mixture.)
- Then heat the butter in a pan and briefly toast the almonds together with the remaining sugar and let them cool. Pour over the dessert before serving and then sprinkle some cinnamon over it.
