Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 egg (s)
- 120 g suar
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 150 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
For covering:
- 150 g flaked almonds
- 100 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoon milk or cream

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Grease and flour a 26-28 springform pan.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and butter until frothy. Mix in the salt, vanilla sugar and flour with baking powder. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 20 minutes on the lowest groove.
- In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan, stir in all the other ingredients for the topping and slowly bring the mixture to the boil while stirring.
- Take the cake out of the oven, spread the topping on it and bake the cake for another 20 minutes.
