- 1 glass sour cherries
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch
- 120 g suar
- 75 g butter
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 750 g quark
- 5 tablespoon milk
- 6 lasagne plate (s)

- Drain the cherries while collecting the juice; Stir starch, 3 tablespoons sugar and 6 tablespoons cherry juice until smooth. Bring the remaining cherry juice to the boil and stir in the starch; Bring to the boil again briefly, fold in the cherries.
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice, quark, milk and butter to a smooth mass. Carefully stir in the egg whites.
- Spread some quark mixture into a greased baking dish; Layer in alternating layers of lasagne, cherry compote and quark mixture, then finish with quark.
- Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 40-45 minutes.
