Chia Pudding with Mango

Chia is considered a superfood. Superfoods are products in which the concentration of nutrients exceeds all previously known indicators. They are a cross between food and medicine; by description and definition, they are more similar to biological additives, but they are still included in a separate category. Chia seeds are great for people who suffer from diabetes symptoms, as the substances contained in the seeds help normalize glucose levels and also help the body interact with insulin. If you do not use milk, then you can take oatmeal or coconut.

Ingredients

  • mango 0.5 pcs.
  • chia seeds 25 g
  • vanilla (optional)
  • sweetener or sugar (to taste) 1 pinch (s)
  • milk (cow or vegetable) 200 ml
  • almond petals (decor)

Directions

Prep time: 8 hours
Cook time: 5 minutes

Put sweetener in milk, align according to sweetness. Add chia, add vanilla, stir. It is better to do this in a tall glass from a blender. Refrigerate overnight to swell the seeds.

In the morning, beat the mixture (chia settle unevenly at the bottom, you need to homogenize), pour into a bowl, add diced mango on top and sprinkle with almonds.
