Ingredients
- 200 ml milk or vegetable milk your choice, possibly coconut milk
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 banana (s) or other fruit
- 1 tablespoon honey

- Mix the milk and honey well in a bowl so that the honey dissolves completely. Then stir in the chia seeds so that all the seeds sink into the milk. Cut the banana into cubes and add. Let everything soak for about 3 hours.
- If you want, you can also use other fruits or other sweeteners instead of honey.
- Tip: add 1 - 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the milk and you will get a chocolate pudding.
- Chia seeds in the milk can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
- The mixing ratio is 1: 6 (e.g. 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 6 tablespoon milk).
