Ingredients
Chicken breast – 1 pc.
Bacon – 250 g
Croutons – 100 g
Hard cheese – 50 g
Lettuce leaves – 2-3 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 0.5 teaspoon
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt – 2 pinches
Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
Directions
Prepare the ingredients for your chicken breast, bacon, cheese and croutons salad. Rinse the chicken breast and place it in a saucepan. Pour in water and boil for 25 minutes, then cool.
Take the cooled boiled chicken breast into fibers or cut into medium cubes, pour the chicken into a deep container.
Cut the bacon into cubes of the same size, pour it into a preheated pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
Place the fried bacon in the chicken breast bowl.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater into the chicken and bacon salad.
Add croutons. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, pressed peeled chives, salt and add dressing to the salad with croutons.
Rinse the lettuce leaves, pick them with your hands over the rest of the lettuce ingredients. (Any type of lettuce can be used, but no bitter taste.) Gently mix all the ingredients together.
Place the chicken, bacon and croutons salad on a plate and serve immediately after cooking, until the croutons are soaked in the salad. Sprinkle a pinch of ground black pepper over the salad to taste.
