Chicken Baked in a Creamy Sauce

When baking chicken, the method of filling the underskin space of the chicken with butter and spices works very effectively. Then the chicken is not dry. Very tender.

Cook: 2 hour

Servings: 10

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 2 Kilograms
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Grill Seasonings – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Garlic (clove) – 2 Pieces
  • Ground black salt and pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken. Remove any remaining feathers. Dry with a paper towel.
  2. Combine room temperature butter with grilled chicken spice. Let’s get some kind of porridge.
  3. Lift the skin on the chicken breast to make it look like a stocking. Place a portion of the resulting oil mixture into the resulting pocket. Rub the rest of the oil mixture on all sides of the chicken. You can additionally add spices and salt.
  4. Tie the chicken legs with a string.
  5. Wrap the chicken in foil. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the chicken covered for about an hour. Then open the foil and bake again for another 30 minutes open. A golden brown crust forms.
  6. Serve the chicken right away. Chicken practically does not lose meat juices. It remains juicy and tasty.
