Chkmeruli Chicken in Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 Piece (I have 800 grams)
  • Butter – 60 grams
  • Hmeli-suneli – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste
  • Milk – 1/2 Cup
  • Cream – 1/2 Cup
  • Garlic – 4 Cloves
  • Cilantro – 1/2 Bunch

Directions

  1. Rinse and dry the chicken. Cut it carefully along the breast line. Combine suneli hops, salt and pepper. Rub this dry mixture on all sides of the chicken. Melt the butter in a skillet. Place in chicken butter.
  2. Above, you need to install heavy oppression so that the bird is tightly pressed against the oil. Thus, fry for 15 minutes on each side.
