Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s) or turkey breast fillet, skinless
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 3 medium garlic clove (s), pressed
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 80 g cheese (e.. Gouda), rated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt, approx.
  • some pepper, white, ground

Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken (you can also use turkey meat, but I personally like it better with chicken) with salt and pepper and fry vigorously on both sides in hot oil. Brush an ovenproof dish with oil and place the fillet in it.
  2. Mix the chopped (not finely ground!) Walnuts well with the garlic, cream, cheese and parsley, season with salt and pepper and spread over the meat.
  3. Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes.
  4. Potatoes and (green) salad go well with this.
