Ingredients

1 kg heart (s) freed from the chicken, coarse vessels, etc.
2 large onions, cut into fine strips
1 bowl mushrooms, cleaned and halved
1 teaspoon, leveled broth, grained
water
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil

Chicken Hearts with Mushrooms and Onions

Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan, add the hearts and fry them until they are hot. Fry onions and mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and broth and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Baguette with garlic butter tastes good with it.
