Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken legs
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 60 g butter
- 3 tablespoon oil (sesame oil), toasted
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, rubbed
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, Hungarian noble sweet
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Black pepper from the mill

- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick. Cut the chicken legs apart at the joint.
- Puree the butter together with rosemary, sesame oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in the blitz chopper to a smooth paste.
- Layer the potatoes in a suitable roasting pan with a lid. Brush the chicken drumsticks generously with the seasoning paste and place on top of the potatoes, distributing the rest of the paste on top. Close the roasting pan and cook everything in the oven at 175 ° C for 1 ¾ - 2 hours.
- Open the lid for the last 20 minutes so that the legs are a little crispy.
- It is not necessary to add liquid, the gravy of the seasoned chicken is sufficient and the potatoes become wonderfully aromatic!
- There is also a bowl of crispy salad.
