Mix all the dough ingredients together thoroughly. The dough is quite runny, it is best to fill a springform pan lined with baking paper, sprinkle with sesame seeds, caraway seeds or coarse salt as desired and then bake in the oven for 20 minutes on the middle rack.
The flatbread is very variable and can be used as a basic dough for all things.
We like it natural, but also colorful with all kinds of things, e.g., chopped vegetables (peppers, spring onions, etc.), sesame, parmesan, ham, salami, whatever you want.
The consistency is very pleasant and fluffy and not, as is often the case in the low carb kitchen, moist to mushy.
