Ingredients
- 425 ml chickpeas (can)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 stalks thyme
- 2 stems parsley
- 1 avocado (s)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) Sambal Oelek
- 100 g sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil

- Rinse the chickpeas with cold water and drain them. Puree 1 clove of garlic with the chickpeas. Stir in egg and flour and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped herbs.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pulp from the core. Then peel, dice and puree with lemon juice and 1 clove of garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sambal olek.
- Place the chickpea sauce on a plate sprinkled with sesame seeds, tablespoon at a time, and press into approx. Fry until golden brown on both sides in hot oil.
- Serve with the dip and possibly a salad made from rocket, lollo bianco and tomatoes.
