Ingredients

  • 425 ml chickpeas (can)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 stalks thyme
  • 2 stems parsley
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) Sambal Oelek
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chickpeas with cold water and drain them. Puree 1 clove of garlic with the chickpeas. Stir in egg and flour and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped herbs.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the pulp from the core. Then peel, dice and puree with lemon juice and 1 clove of garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sambal olek.
  3. Place the chickpea sauce on a plate sprinkled with sesame seeds, tablespoon at a time, and press into approx. Fry until golden brown on both sides in hot oil.
  4. Serve with the dip and possibly a salad made from rocket, lollo bianco and tomatoes.
