- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 1 chilli pepper (s), green
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 bunch coriander greens
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- salt and pepper

- Halve the chilli peppers lengthways, core and chop. Mash the coriander seeds in a mortar, pluck the coriander leaves from the stems and chop.
- Mix the butter with the prepared ingredients and season well with lime juice, salt and pepper.
