Chinese Puff Pastry with Green Onions

Ingredients

  • Flour – 230-260 g
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Hot water (80 degrees) – 190 ml
  • Dry yeast – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Green onions – 1 bunch

Additionally:

Directions

  1. Add salt to the flour and mix well.

  3. Leave the dough (under cling film) for 40 minutes for proofing.

  5. Roll out the dough into a layer.
  6. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, add salt, sprinkle with flour and sprinkle with green onions.
  7. Fold in three layers.
  8. Roll out.
  9. Grease with oil again, salt, sprinkle with flour and green onions.
  10. Fold in three layers, cover with foil and let sit for 20 minutes.
  11. Roll out the dough into a layer (you can grease it with oil) and roll it into a tight roll.
  12. Cut the roll into thin slices.
