- 50 g low-fat quark
- 40 g banana (s)
- 30 g oat flakes (tender)
- 10 g bakin cocoa
- 1 g cinnamon
- water
- Sweetener, liquid

- Stir the quark until creamy. Mix the banana with a fork or hand blender and fold into the quark. Add the oatmeal, cocoa and cinnamon and mix. Now add a little water until the mixture is spreadable. Depending on the ripeness of the banana, add a little liquid sweetener to taste.
- One serving approx. 15 g.
