Chocolate Brownie with Cranberry Cheesecake

Cranberry Cheesecake Brownie is a chocolate cake, or chocolate muffin, with a layer of cream cheese and a topping of cranberries mashed with sugar. Quite a simple recipe, but the dessert is delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 2/3 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp
  • Cream cheese – 250 g
  • Butter – 100 g + for greasing the mold
  • Dark chocolate – 130-150 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cranberries, mashed with sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, 0.5 cups sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, salt.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in another bowl on a water bath, stir.
  3. Add 2 eggs to the melted chocolate, mix.
  4. Pour the mixture of ingredients from the first bowls and stir the chocolate dough until smooth.
  5. Grease the form with butter. Put the chocolate dough into a mold, flatten.
  6. In a blender bowl, mix egg yolk, cream cheese, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, 3 tbsp sugar. Beat for about 2 minutes.
  7. Spread the cheese mass evenly on top of the chocolate dough.
  8. Spread cranberries with sugar on top with a thin layer.
  9. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Bake the chocolate brownie with cranberry cheesecake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Chocolate brownie with cranberry cheesecake is ready.
