Cheesecakes with Cranberries

If you are tired of ordinary cheese cakes, I suggest making cranberry cheese cakes. This is a recipe for cheesecakes without eggs. And since low-fat cottage cheese and a small amount of flour are used, the dish can well be included in a number of dietary ones.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (fat-free) – 400 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Flour – 40-50 g (2 tablespoons) for dough + 70-80 g
  • forb Cranberries (fresh or defrosted) – 40 g
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Put the cottage cheese in a volumetric container. Add sugar. We will grind everything together very carefully. To achieve the best result, take 3-4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoon to the resulting curd mass. tablespoons of flour. Such a minimum amount of flour contributes to the production of cheesecakes, delicate in structure. Mix everything intensively. Add the prepared cranberries. Mix well with a spoon. Curd-cranberry dough for cheesecakes is ready. It does not stick to your hands and is able to mold well. Let’s start forming the curd cakes in the shape of balls. We will roll them on all sides in the remaining flour. Before frying, the cranberry curd cakes are slightly flattened.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan. Put the formed syrniki into the pan. Over medium heat, fry the syrniki on both sides until golden brown (you can under the lid, over moderate heat). Put the ready-made cranberries with cranberries on a plate, wait until the cheese cakes have cooled a little, make your favorite drink and start breakfast.
