Chocolate Coconut Waffles

You can’t buy such waffles in any store. Even super pastry chefs cannot make them the way you can. The recipe for a treat, how to make chocolate coconut waffles, is simple and affordable.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Cocoa – 2 Teaspoons
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Almond Extract – 4 Drops
  • Butter – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Flour – 1 1/3 Cups
  • Coconut flakes – 0.5 cups
  • Chocolate syrup (topping) – 1
  • Milk – 1 ¼ Glasses

Directions

  1.  In a bowl, beat eggs until fluffy, then add salt, soda, cocoa to them, stir again. Add sugar, almond extract, ghee, flour, coconut flakes, cold milk, and chocolate syrup
  2. Mix the contents of the bowl well.
  3. Preheat the electric waffle iron and grease it with oil. Pour the dough so that it spreads evenly over the shape and cook under a closed lid until tender (indicated in the instructions).
  4. Place the waffles on a plate. Grease the waffle iron again and pour in the dough, bake the waffles until tender.
  5. Serve the waffles warm or cold, garnish with chopped almonds, coconut and chocolate syrup
