Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 200 g flour
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 ripe banana (s)
- 4 tablespoon, heaped chocolate flakes, dark
- 5 drops rum flavor
- 4 tablespoons milk

- Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork in a deep plate. Melt the butter in the microwave. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then use the hand mixer to stir in the liquid butter, eggs, milk and aroma and work everything into a smooth dough. Finally stir in the banana puree.
- Heat the waffle iron, grease it and bake the waffles. I always spread 3 tablespoons of batter on the waffle iron and let the waffles bake for 3 minutes. But that is probably different from waffle iron to waffle iron. With the same amount of batter I get 9 waffles.
- Then dust the waffles with powdered sugar and enjoy.
