Ingredients

  • 200 g peanuts, unsalted
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g suar, white
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg (s), wt. KL M
  • 450 g flour, type 405
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder, uns.
  • 150 g chocolate, (droplets)

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop unsalted peanuts. Mix the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla until frothy. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa together and mix in the chocolate drops and peanuts. Mix the flour mixture with the eggs in the foamy butter alternately. Work on this mixture only until everything is well mixed. Do not stir until frothy!
  2. With a coffee spoon, place piles about the size of a walnut on baking paper and bake in the fan oven for about 15 minutes.
  3. The cookies spread out during baking, so don`t place them too tightly on the tray.
