- 120 g flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 200 g cream cheese
- 50 g butter, (soft)
- 170 grams sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g chocolate, (dark)
- 120 g powdered suar

- Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath and mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve.
- Mix 100 grams of cream cheese and butter vigorously to form a homogeneous mass. Add the sugar and egg and keep stirring until a creamy consistency is obtained. Now add the melted chocolate and the sifted flour-baking powder mixture and stir to a smooth dough.
- Use a spoon to put dough pieces on a baking paper and bake them at 175 ° for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm. Take out of the oven and let cool on a wire rack. The biscuits harden completely.
- Beat the remaining 100g cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy and spread the mixture over half of the biscuits. Now just put the other half on top as a lid.
