Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 4 dl whipped cream
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon juice, (agave syrup or honey)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter on the water bath. Add grated ginger and let the mixture cool down. Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar and agave syrup (or honey) until foamy and add to the cooled chocolate mass. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and fold it into the mixture. Fill the mousse into bowls and chill for about 3 hours.
