Ingredients

  • 2 cup / s oatmeal
  • 1 ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup flaxseed
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 90 g coconut oil
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some vanilla (bourbon vanilla)

Instructions

  1. The cup should have a capacity of 150 ml.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan. Add the maple syrup and stir in until the coconut oil has completely melted. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture out on the baking sheet and distribute it well.
  4. Bake the muesli in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, depending on the degree of browning you want. Turn the muesli every 10 minutes so that it becomes evenly crispy.
