Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 200 g couverture or semi-dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coffee, instant
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 700 ml brandy

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla pulp with a hand mixer on the lowest setting for 2 minutes until slightly creamy. Bring the cream to the boil once. Dissolve crushed couverture or chocolate, coffee and salt in it. Stir the still warm cream into the egg yolk cream.
  2. Let everything cool and mix with brandy.
  3. Pour the liqueur into a carafe.
