Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 125 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder
  • 8 strawberries
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until frothy. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with 3 tablespoons of water and allow to cool. Stir the chocolate into the egg yolk mixture and season with the chili powder. The amount depends on the degree of spiciness and your own preference.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture. Beat the egg white until stiff and carefully fold into the chocolate and egg mixture, spoon by spoon.
  3. Pour the mixture into 8 dessert bowls and place in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  4. Decorate each bowl with grated chocolate, 1 strawberry and 1 mint leaves before serving.
