Chocolate Muffins with “Oreo” Cookies

Essentially, these muffins are chocolate brownies with Oreo cookie chunks, which are easy to prepare and proudly serve up for tea! It turns out very tasty and chocolatey!

Ingredients
- Sugar – 150 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Dark chocolate – 200 g
- Cocoa – 100 g
- Butter – 150 g
- Flour – 80 g
- Cookies “Oreo” – 100 g
Directions
- We will prepare all the products for making delicious Oreo biscuits.
- In a bowl, combine the sugar and eggs. Beat them well with a mixer for 4-5 minutes.
- Add cocoa powder to a bowl of sugar and egg mixture.
- In a steam bath, melt the chocolate with butter.
- Add the chocolate-meat mass to the dough bowl.
- Let’s add flour.
- Mix all the ingredients of the chocolate cake batter well with a mixer.
- Put paper forms in a metal pan for muffins or muffins. Distribute the dough into the molds, filling the mold with dough to two-thirds of its volume. Break the “Oreo” cookies into small pieces and “drown” them in the dough, as shown in the photo.
- We bake chocolate muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
