Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Line a tray with baking paper and dust it with flour.
Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together. Mix the very soft butter with the sugars and the sugar beet syrup until frothy. Add the eggs and the vanilla flavor. Stir in the flour mixture on the lowest level of the hand mixer. Work in the chocolate droplets with a spoon. With two teaspoons (I prefer to use my hands dusted with flour) form walnut-sized or larger balls. Take an oreo cookie between two balls, shape everything into a ball so that you can no longer see the oreo.
Place the balls on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 9-15 minutes. They`re done when they`re slightly colored and not quite as soft anymore. Take out of the oven and let cool down on a wire rack.
