Ingredients

  • 600 ml milk
  • 150 g rice
  • 50 ml cream
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring milk and cream to a boil. Add sugar, rice and chocolate and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 20 minutes.
  2. Finally add the butter and cinnamon. Serve warm.
  3. Fresh fruit such as strawberries or raspberries goes very well with it.
