Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500g flour
- 1 cube yeast
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g suar
- 100 g butter, soft
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
For the filling:
- 50 g butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon Nutella
- 2 tablespoon rum

- First, for the dough, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with a pinch of sugar.
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar and mix well. Then add the yeast milk. Add the butter in pieces and work everything into a smooth dough with the dough hook. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, for the filling, beat the butter with sugar until frothy, stir in the cocoa, Nutella and rum so that a soft mixture is formed.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle of approx. 30 x 60 cm and brush with the chocolate mixture.
- Roll up from the long side and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten them slightly. Let rise for another 15 minutes.
- Then bake at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
- You can easily replace the rum with water or milk !!
