Ingredients

  • Butter – 100 g
  • Water – 250 ml
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Egg – 5 pcs.

Directions

  1. Bring water, butter, and salt to a boil. Turn off the fire.
  2. Add all the flour at once and quickly knead the dough without lumps.
  3. Beat in one egg and mix completely into the dough. Thus, introduce the remaining 4 eggs.
  4. Place the dough on the parchment.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
