Ingredients
- 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
- 200 g yourt 1.5% (the liquid one!)
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil)
- 80 g maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour, (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 100 g flour, (spelled flour type 630)
- 2 packs baking powder (tartar)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 4 tablespoon raisins
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon cane sugar

- Mix the moist ingredients together with the vanilla sugar in a bowl thoroughly. Mix the flour types with the baking powder and salt and stir into the quark mixture. Finally knead in the raisins.
- Then shape small balls out of the dough with damp hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Whisk the egg and brush the rolls with it. Sprinkle each with a little cane sugar.
- Bake at approx. 170 ° C top and bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes. As a precaution, make a stick test after three quarters of the baking time. Every oven bakes differently!
