Ingredients

• Red cabbage – 500 g
• Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch
• Dill greens – 0.5 bunch
• Salt – 0.5-1 teaspoon
• Vinegar – 0.5 teaspoon
• Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

Directions

1. Chop the cabbage, salt, rub with your hands.

   

2. Chop the parsley and add to the cabbage.

   

3. Chop the dill finely and add to the salad.
4. Season the salad with vinegar and vegetable oil.
