Ingredients

  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 3 large egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 lemon (s), juice and zest
  • 250 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Take the gelatine out of the water, allow it to drain slightly and dissolve it with the remaining moisture in a water bath / saucepan. Add lemon juice and zest. Now add the gelatine to the egg mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the egg mixture. Put the fromage in a bowl and decorate with a whipped cream just before serving.
